Job Description

To ensure product deliveries on time with right quantity as per sales order.
To ensure on time execution of New Launch, FTF and other Exhibit batches.
To be part of production scheduling (monthly/weekly) based on order requirement with available resources.
To coordinate with other departments for re-scheduling to cater urgent commercial/exhibit requirements, if required.
Production Monitoring on daily basis for delivery of products as per schedule to achieve production target.
Coordinating with various departments, Production, Purchase, QA, QC, Engg., Warehouse, HR for on time delivery of products.
Capacity debottlenecking by exploring possibility for validation/verification of products in different areas/machines.
Preparation of capacity utilization report and addressing areas of concern.
MIS preparation to monitor performance against planned schedule with default analysis and its resolutions.
To prepare OTIF report against production schedule and dispatch.
To calculate product cycle time & QC release lead time on monthly basis.
Monthly/Weekly meeting with Demand planning for order review, upcoming tenders, forecast and new launch.
To prepare presentations for Monthly and Quarterly performance review.
Data management through ERP
To Production Planning & Scheduling of products
Inform Raw/Packaging material Shortages to materials Dept For the Next accounting Period and Ensure released materials available for Production
Ensure the Availability of RM /PM
Co-ordination & follow up with materials, Quality operation, Manufacturing and Engg. Departments
Monitor non/slow moving Raw & packaging material and take Decision on near Expiry Raw/active materials
Preparation OF Third Party PO's & Follow up with delivery Schedule of Finished goods
Sales inventory Management (Coordination with Distribution dept. for availability of Finished goods )
