Roles and Responsibilities
I. Managing the Information Technology (IT) requirements of the organization using the latest tools and technologies. Should be able to assess the optimal use Hardware, software, networking and cloud-based applications for High Productivity.
II. Selection, Development, Management & Operations of IT infrastructure.
III. Selection, Upskilling, managing & Motivating the IT team across all organization to deliver effective services for business needs.
IV. Creating Vision for implementing IT culture with in organization, communicate it to team & lead & motivate team to achieve same.
V. Will have primary responsibility of SAP (S4 HANA) Implementation through the implementation partner to meet the user needs and wants.
VI. Develop & identify the future direction of the use of technology within the organization to drive efficiencies for other departments. This will include selection of technologies, training the user and optimizing the costs.
VII. Suggestions to the Management and the Board on the upgradation for application and use of IT to provide excellent services & working closely with the senior management team to resolve business challenges with the use of Technology .
VIII. To identify solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance. Evaluate user requirements, prepare and present proposals, design and deliver solutions to meet user objectives.
IX. Project Management:- Optimizing current IT solutions with innovative solutions to meet operational challenges.
X. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Prepare and implement project plans to achieve the desired outcomes.
XI. Control and manage the project resources and budget.
XII. Supplier Management:- Procure, negotiate, manage and monitor of contracts for ICT services provided by third parties ensuring effective service delivery.
XIII. Manage the relationships with contractors and suppliers.
XIV. Leadership And Management:- To be the senior technical manager and to contribute to the development, implementation and review of Tirupatis corporate strategies, annual IT project plans, IT policies and procedures.
XV. To develop and maintain positive relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
XVI. To ensure effective management of resources promoting team building and collaborative working to deliver the corporate plan.
XVII. To provide clear, succinct and cogent MIS reports to required deadlines for the Board, Committees, the Chief Executive, Management Teams and key stakeholders as required.
XVIII. Financial Management:-To manage the IT budgets achieving Value for Money.
XIX. Information Security and Data Protection: - Prepare and implement a detailed Information Security Policy across the company. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including the Computer Misuse Act, the Data Protection and Health & Safety Acts (as applicable to IT usage)
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15 Years plus of experience including 6+ years as IT head, preferably in Manufacturing set-up
- Pharma experience will be an added benefit.
- Proficient with use of the IT latest technologies Hardware, Software, ERP and Networking
- Project management & data interpretation skills. Should have implemented at least 1 company wide ERP. Also, should have experience in Cloud Based applications.
- Ability to make & deliver process training sessions
- SAP implementation experience (companywide, across modules like Finance, PPC, Production, Purchase, Stores, Logistics) in a Process Manufacturing Industry is a must have requirement.
- Certification/experience in Information Security Protocols/Policy.
